Where exactly is SL

I'm wondering where exactly is full SL. Do you have to be past your shoulders or just touching your shoulders. What do you think if you look at my siggy is that Sl or not. Remember it's wet and curly on the ends (texlaxed) so if you imagine it straightened do you guys think that it's SL? LOL you can see that renegade curl on the left LOL.
