When do you apply Hair treatment?

Do you apply your hair treatment before or after conditioning you hair? What I did yesterday was, I washed my hair with danderrest shampoo (I suffer from mild flaky scalp) then followed with assure, then a reconstructor for 3 minutes, then mizani moisturefuse conditioner for 10 minutes under plastic cap. then I applied the cystine treatment.
I thought moisturising conditioners are the last thing you apply to your hair, but I was worried the cystine treatment might not work
I am not sure I know what I am doing

I usually do my moisturizers last....im not really sure which order you should have done it in...but i would have put the moisturizer in last, i think the cyestine treatment would have worked.
