Applying a rinse... I Need help/guidance

I am putting a semi in my hair...
What order do I go?
shampoo, apply 2 min reconstructor, apply semi, do my deep condition, then proceed to my leave-ins after rinsing out my deep conditioning treatment...

Does this sound right? ...

then apply your semi,

then do all of your other conditioning steps.
