Whisper "bleep boop" to yourself when you're sad.
What are your problem areas? What are you doing to remedy the problem?
Now that I got my super dry nape under control, it's time to tackle my crown and edges.
My crown in super-duper dry. So whenever I dc, I apply a butt load of conditioner directly to my crown. The same thing when I moisturize (2 x's daily)
I lost a lot of hair on my edges when my thyroid was actin a donkey
So now I'm using a JBCO and aloe vera juice mixture on my edges. I massage this mix in nightly. Been using it for about 3 weeks, so I haven't noitced a huge improvement yet

I've more or less given up on my edges. They are as they are.
