I'm a bit confused. Is 2 strand twist the same as twist braids? My friend says that twist style are twirled b4 twisting and tha 2 strand twists are not. 
erplexed I'm easily confused,so can u guys tell me what U think? She also says one technique is done overhanded and the other underhanded. I'm just sitting there like .... Sometimes I feel like saying
