What will it take to get 1 inch per month?

I do notice a faster growth when I eat well. More than when I tried to take vitamins.

By well I mean foods that are rich in minerals, vitamins, good fatty acids...
i.e: everything wholemeal and brown, beans, lentil, oatmeal, spinach, almonds, walnuts, carrot juice, coconut and coconut water, probiotics rich foods, dark green leafy vegetables, sweet potatoes, nettle tea, eggs, avocado, sulfur rich foods like onion and garlic, buckwheat pasta, sprouts... When I eat daily like this for a month... 2 months later I usually say "HEY, WOHA!".

I never measure myhair so I have no idea about my monthly growth, but if I can clearly notice the difference then it must do something.

taking whole food supplements as opposed to synthetic vitamins
lifting weights, doing cardio and yoga/ tai chi 3-6 times a week
getting lymphatic, deep tissue or thai yoga massages on a regular basis
getting colonic several times a year

sulfur mixes
