if the product you use to relaxer your hair is different from the neutralizing shampoo. I order my DE relaxer and rec'd it..However, I still haven't rec'd my DE neutralizing shampoo. Do you think it's ok to use any brand of neutralizing shampoo?? I've very upset with the person I order it from on ebay. Everything else came quick and with no problem.

A different brand of neutralizing shampoo will not matter. AS long as it is for sure NEUTRALIZING poo, then you're good.

yeah I have used a different neutralizing shampoo before and had no problems at all.

I've used ORS lye and Elasta QP with Mizani NS. It's all good.
