is it ok to use a different neutralizing shampoo and conditioner from the relaxer like creme of nature relaxer and motions oil neutralizing shampoo and conditioner?

Yes it is. Neutralizing shampoo, basically, brings the hair back or close to its normal PH. You an accomplish that with any Neutralizing shampoo or any near the same PH. HTH
