I would have to say protective styles, low manipulation, reconstructors and no heat.

  • Mild Protein
  • and Braidouts

I would say for me, since I am using heat (and have no intentions of giving it up :p hehe):
Heat protectants (sprays and serums)
Quality poo/cons
 
If I had to pick just ONE thing I would say being diligent with the satin caps/scarf.

I agree with this one too. My scarf comes off every single night, and I think that may be my biggest problem right now. So I ordered some satin pillowcases...
