Did I ask the right question? I want a conditioner that has no or very little water to prevent further shrinkage of my strands.

what do you mean by "prevent shrinkage" OP? shrinkage is natural, however i think you're asking for a heavy product to weigh down the hair? it depends on the look you're trying to achieve... but typically deep conditioners tend to be heavy as well as some gels. do a search for "heavy deep conditioners," or "heavy conditioners," that may help ... the deep conditioner i use is Queen Helene Cholesterol and i still add oil... hth

Try happy nappy honey pink sugar hibiscus DC.

It's really a bunch of oils and butters but they market it as a DC.
