Cathy Howse Recipe: What Reconstructor/Protein Cond are You Using in Your Mix?

I was reading this thread about the Cathy Howse Challenge. For years, I have been meaning to try Cathy's Protein Conditioner Recipe:

16 oz of reconstructor or protein conditioner (please ensure that mineral oil is NOT an ingredient)
8 ounces of olive oil
4 ounces of coconut oil
1 teaspoon of peppermint oil


Ladies that have or are using this mix, I'm curious what reconstructor/protein conditioner are you ladies using in your recipes?
 
I use either Aphoghee 2 minute or Aveda Damage Remedy as my base.
 
i use aphogee 2min keratin reconstructor then i follow up with the cathy howse conditioner recipe using ors deep conditioner..hope that helps!
 
How often are you using her mix? Have any of you experienced protein overload?
 
The recipe calls for maine n tail original conditioner
 
I use Ion Effective Care Treatment.
