too me its 100% FEEL.......you can have long hair and it isn't healthy: your hair can look healthy but doesn't mean it is: but if it feels healthy: then it should grow long and look great.

I vote all 3, if my hair is healthy and I'm taking proper care of it, then it should feel soft and it should be growing, and I'lll be able to do any style I want.

I voted all 3 equally. If your hair doesn't feel moisturized/nice than it's not healthy so it won't look nice and a lot of the times won't get very long. But the health/feel of hair is most important if I was forced to pick just one. After a year of changing my hair care habits, my hair feels nice, looks nice, and it getting long!:D

I need to have the whole package. I love my hair long and it must look good and feel silky to the touch at the same time.

Well I like for my hair to feel good first, grow, and then look good lastly. I can't stand dry or brittle feeling hair, because it also never looks good and looks worse when it grows that way, so feel, length, and then look!

I voted all three!! I love when my hair feels light and soft but I want the shine along with it w/o it feeling heavy. Of course I want the length or I wouldnt be here:D

It's all important to me. Right now I'm concerned with look and feel. I want my hair to look good in the different protective styles that I use. And as far as feel I make sure my hair feels soft and moisturized. The length will come. I don't just want my hair long I want it healthy and long:love:

I reasoned length and feel matter most. There have been times when my hair didn't look nice, but you could feel that it was strong and healthy and it was growing longer. But truly healthy hair should have all three: a good look, feel and get longer.

I think all three are important to me. I just had a trim to get rid of fuzzy dry ends (the look) which took away from the feel and the length.

In order of importance--look, feel then length. I voted for all three, but I always say, I wish my hair looked as good as it feels.

I said Look and Length.

Overall, the look is most important to me. I cannot, repeat, can NOT go out looking crazy. I'm from a family of women that WILL call you out without hesitation so, I do have a hang up about appearances. My hair can be dry, crunchy, greasy, spongy or silky. As long as it looks good, I can roll with it.

Length is only important in relation to me not looking crazy. My hair doesn't have to be long but, I can't do short. Not that there's anything wrong with it. I just don't have the head for it. We all know not everyone can get away with a cute, short style. That's me. I know my limitations. I'm always in absolute awe of those who can BC low. :nono: Not me, honey. My tank would keep y'all in stitches.

My main one is feel. I can have the longest, most beautiful looking hair in the world. If it doesn't feel right I will cut it off quick.

The look and feel. I want everything but to narrow it down, I wouldn't want long, stringy, straw-like hair. I would cut it down with a quickness if that were the case. :nono:
Plus even though I know my BF loves long hair, he prefers soft hair that smells good with swang. Let's face it, sometimes your friends try to sugarcoat the facts. For example, after touching your hair they reply, "Oh at least it's long though. :perplexed" Guys from my experience tell you like it is.
That's why the conditioners I make sure to use make my hair EXTRA soft and shiny, the length will come on it's own with good technique and practices. :yep:

I definitely want it all. Yes, I'm greedy when it comes to this:lick: I need to have all three and I will not be satisfied until I have all three.

I chose the look and the length, because for me, my hair will not achieve length, unless it is first healthy. So, length is a proxy for health. The look is also key, because sometimes healthy hair does not look good and steps beyond just making the hair healthy have to be taken.

I did not choose "feel," because I was thinking about how the feel of my hair changes, depending on my products, practices, and even the weather. My hair never feels outright rough or crunchy, unless I am mistreating it, but sometimes it feels more wiry and other times, it feels more soft. So, I cannot really let the feel of my hair dictate how I enjoy it or think of it.

Look and length matter most to me. I know it isn't on the list, but manageability is more important than feel to me. Feel gets put at the bottom of the list. First I have to reduce breakage, reduce tangling, get it looking acceptable or cute, get it long enough to do the styles I want, and then I can care about feel.
