Ladies, what do you do to get your hair moisturized during the holidays? I bought a humidifier and that seems to be working very well :)

I want to buy a humidifier too (my old one no longer works). I do spritz my hair nightly with my conditioner and water mixture!

Nothing changes for me, except I don't co-wash in the winter.

Cut down on washing as much is about the only real diff. I'm also still:

Protective styling
moisturizing 2 times a day sometimes
Weekly DCing

I co-wash with aussie moist conditioner daily; spray my mix of glycerin/saa/honeyquat/water daily. if i'm feeling really spunky i'll add in some shea butter...

Once a Week:
Shampoo, Condish and 30 min Protein Treatment w/ Aveda Damage Remedy line
Follow with a 30 min moisturizing DC (Nexxus)
Lock in w/ Sabino Moisture Block
Air dry w/ silk scarf

moisturize/co-wash throughout the week as needed

I've had to just up my deep conditioning game.

I sitll so everything else the same.

I do seal with oil more now, though. Sometimes I would not in the summer.

As far as deep conditioning, I had been using Biolage Matrix since the spring - weekly 30 min or so with heat.

Since the cold, my hair has been really dry even with that treatment, so I kept it real and went back to my Cholesterol - Lustrasilk Olive oil topped with the shea butter one (of this one I prefer the formula in the "liquid" bottle and the big 5 lb tub) . My hair tends to stay moisturized longer with this one than the Matrix.

It is funny because that matrix cost me $22 and the same size container of the Lustrasilk is $3 tops. sometimes even $1.99

Since the weather's cold, I wash just 1x a week. I DC on dry hair, shampoo, condition and rollerset. I like to moisturize with MOP leave-in before bunning for bedtime.

The same as the rest of the year.

Cw, moisturize, bun.

2x a week cond wash/dc with Wen Fig conditoner & dove Moisturizing conditioner or Ors replenshing Pak without heat.

Moisturize with Qhemet root burdock butter & Qhemet Olive/honey balm & hairveda green tea butter & whipped ends hydration (that stuff is a keeper) or i will use proline softner moisturizer & scurl

Seal with jooba oil or castor oil, hazelnut oil or avocado oil or apricot oil.
