Angle/Balance cutting method that the Curve Salon uses? This may have been asked before, but when i did a topic search there were no hits

is it damamging to the ends of the hair? i see that it helps curls form, but at what costs...Damage etc?

I think that technique is called shingling? I don't think it's damaging. There are some ladies here how have been so maybe they can go into more detail...
