What is the difference between Co-washing & Prepoo?

Hello ladies! I have been learning alot of great tips and methods for growing my current shoulder length hair to waistlength!!! I thank you! Can some please tell em the difference between co-washing and prepoo treatments? And for both or either one that you do, do you apply to dry or wet hair? Thanks so much in advance!

CO washing involves using conditoner to cleanse the hair or condition the hair minus the use of shampoo. This is done several different ways, but the point is there is no shampoo used.

A prepoo is done on wet or dry hair prior to shampooing. Some folks deep condition after and others use the prepoo as a deep condition.
