i'm not sure either
i think its a hair challenged to grow your hair and get it healthy for a year. everyone has different things that they are doing to maximize the results so they can either reach their hair goal or get their hair ultra healthy.

The 365-day challenge is just picking a date where you want to start counting from and just set some hair goals for yourself to do in that year. Like shinier, haelthier or longer hair, etc... And we post ery 2 maonths or so, I bumped up the link, and anyone can join at anytime.
