M metalkitty New Member May 3, 2003 #2 I don't think there're any truly waterproof caps out there, even if you double layer, your hair'll get moist But, hey more than likely someone else knows more than me. Buuut..... if its for therapy it doesn't sound like you'll do much underwater anyway.

UmSumayyah Well-Known Member May 3, 2003 #3 Before you put on your swim cap, dampen your hair and apply a conditioner. That will help prevent any chlorine from getting in your hair.
