It has been said that frequent washing helps the hair grow faster. Im not sure if it is because of the scalp being massaged, being cleaned, or both. More than likely its both. For reference, click HERE

Rules
1. For one month, wash your hair everyday or every 2 days. Pick the option that is more frequent for you. Find your most moisturizing shampoo or dilute the one you use. The challenge starts tomorrow and ends ONE MONTH from now. If you cant start tomorrow or if you see this thread late, post your starting date and end in one month. I would say the rules can include cowashing but so many of yall do it already. Conditioner MAY get the scalp clean.

2. List what you are using for
shampoo -
conditioner -
(optional)
deep conditioner -
oil -
growth aid -

TIPS: Pre poo, use the minimal amount of shampoo, shampoo ONLY at the roots so your hair wont dry out, find a comfortable protective style if you dont wash and go, dont clog your scalp up with TOO much. Growth aids & oils and fine but dont over do it. Finger comb or detangle your hair in the shower with the water pouring on it.

For those who dont know, it IS ok for our hair to be washed frequently as long as we choose the right products and methods.

I know this will be a hard challenge for many of you. For those who cant participate, no need to post. Are you game?
