I'm still cowashing! I have found that with my Qhemet products I don't have to wash every day. I'm on a Sunday and Tuesday cowash schedule with a shampoo/condition on Thursdays.

Back to doing mud washes. I haven't done one in a while. I have done mud every day since Friday. I have a lot of clay to use up.

I'm going to continue to mud for a while. Need to figure out how often. Not sure if every 3 days is enough or more/less frequent.

Conditioned and mudwashed on Friday and water rinsed and mudwashed last night. My hair seems to do better when I just mudwash without the conditioner. The conditioner leaves a film. I will try it with some other conditioners.
