VO5 Shower works hot oil

Okay, I bought this stuff today...

For anyone who uses it I have questions!

Do you follow the instructions when you use it? It says to only leave it on for 1 minute!

I think that I've heard of someone mixing it with their deep conditioners... would that be good?

I'm ashamed, I bought the darned thing and I'm not even sure how to use it

I use it for one minute prior to shampooing as it says. I found it works better when I follow the directions.
