Lately I don't feel my vitamin regimen has been as effective as when I first began taking them. Is it possible for your body to get used to the dosages you take? Therefore, making the regimen not as effective as when it was "new" to your body? /images/graemlins/confused.gif For those of you who have been taking them for some time do you find tweaking the regimen from time to time helps? Currently, I am considering changing it completely every 3 or 4 months so at least I'll be consistent with how much growth I get. Today is 1 month since I got my braids and I think I got close to 1/2 an inch.
 
You may not have given your vitamins enough time to see if they work for you. According to what I've read, it takes the vitamins about 3 months to get absorbed into your system in order for them to really start working. What are you taking and how long have you been taking them?
 
I've been taking them for going on 5 months. The 1st 3 months my hair grew like crazy. Then about the time the growth slowed down it was winter. My hair does grow slower in the winter and it grows like mad in the summer. In this last month the growth is creeping. Then again it could be my imagination due to the fact I have become hair obsessed! /images/graemlins/grin.gif
