Slightly cutting back on intake of vitamins

Hi everyone,

I've been monitoring my growth for some time now and it seems that with vitamins I'm only able to get 1/2 inch per month. And they are not doing a thing for my nails. I want to see if I can get a .5+ inch/month without taking a bulkload of vitamins.

I've decided to cut back on my vitamin intake and just take the following:

1. Women's One a Day
2. SV Calcium
3. Digestive Enzymes

I'm also going to start eating more fish (for protein), eggs (for protein) and yogurt (for calcium).

I'm considering still taking about 2000 mg of MSM (cutting back from 4000mg) with Vitamin C for my allergies because the MSM seemed to be helping in that area.

I will also be surging daily.

I'm hoping that I can eventually start getting 1 inch a month. But if not, I'll slowly add vitamins to my regimen to see if it's increasing my growth. If not, I'll stop taking that particular vitamin.

Does this sound good?

I'm going to discontinue using Puritan's Pride Vitamins for the Hair, Spring Valley Vitamin E, and PP Biotin. I'm also cutting back on the amount of MSM I'm taking (4g to 2g). I will still continue to take my vitamin C.

I haven't decided what digestive enzymes brand I will take. They are used to improve food and vitamin absorption.
