Please tell us how are you all doing? I've been sticking to it. I've been sticking to my vitamins, but I sometimes forget to drink my water -- or anything. I think I'm going to fill up a water bottle and carry it around to remind me to drink.
 
I have been doing pretty good on the vitamins, I still have trouble getting to 2xs a day but I am definitely taking them at least once.

I have been drinking water but not enough. I am going to try to increase it.
 
I'm still doing the same as last week. But, yesterday i was feeling weak. I had a burger for dinner and almost got some tea. That tea was calling me but i was strong and had the H2o. :grin: I'm trying to get to 6 glasses daily.
 
I'm doing ok on the vitamins. I usually take the multivitamin and vitamin E in the day, but I frequently forget to take the extra calcium in the evenings.

As for water, I'm falling short of my goal of 64 oz per day. I bought a 32 oz container to use at work. But after I finish the first 32 oz, I don't want to look at regular water again. I really have to push myself to do better. This weekend, I only drank about 25 oz of regular water each day. Once in a while I'll drink a flavored water, which is an additional 20-25 oz or so.

I tried three flavored waters: Dasani Raspberry, Arizona Berry, and Poland Spring Mandarin Orange. The Dasani and Arizona are my favorites, and the Poland Spring is ok (no after taste).

Ladies, I'm going to get it together. By the time this challenge is up, I'll be on track. :surf:
 
I'm doing good (I'm actually proud of myself :grin: ). I've been good with taking my pills daily and drinking LOTS of water. My hair is definitely improving because of it :)
 
I'm good w/the vitamins,but the water can be hard for me sometimes


1. Hair, Skin, & Nails (2500 mcg Biotin)
2. Pantothenic Acid - 250 mg ( Might try 4 times a day)
3. B-Complex
4. Zinc – 50 mg
5. Biotin – 600 mcg (Only take this if I decide to take a regular
Multivitamin
 
Well, I sort of fell off the bandwagon :ohwell: . I've been taking my vitamins more frequently than before, but not everyday. My water consumption is low, although I'm drinking a glass right now..:fan:.
 
I was drinking too much water and visiting the bathroom way too much. I had to cut down on my water consumption because of frequent visits to the bathroom. I've always taken my vitamins consitently, that is no problem. But other than that I got to wear shades cause my future looks bright! :cool:
