We are half way through our 12 week vitamin and water challenge. I didn't want to be a nag however with the new water challenge out there I figured I needed to check in to see how you all are doing. I have seen definite improvements. Vitamins still are not a daily habit but I do remember more frequently. I am doing much better with my water. My overall energy has doubled. I hope all you challenge members are make headway. ;)
 
I'm still only drinking maybe 16oz and up per day. I'm happy to report that I have been taking my vitamins faithfully....I even added 4 new vitamins(5mg biotin, 410mg silica, 1,300mg epo and 1,000mg flaxseed) as of yesterday(got my shipment in) for a total of 7 vitamins daily. :)
 
I managed to drink mostly water instead of juices. i completely eliminated sodas. i d like to up my water intake to 1-2gallon per day. as far as vitamins i been consistent with my 6mg pp biotin, vitol hair nails and skin ,solo multi, silica but i runned out of nature's made super b complex, finished the epo and i m not reordering so right now just takin hair vits, multi silica and biotin feel like lighter loads finally hate popping to much ooooooops been running around and forgot to take them today but i ll take them tomorrow but usually i m really consistent with the vits i let the water down a little need to up it

I do see major improvement with vitamins and water intake. If i take nothing i only get 0.25" to 0.5" per month like if i were to stop taking vitamins which i did when i slacked and went back to my old growth. when i add vitamins and the more vitamins you take the more water you supposed to drink, i get 1" per month and then when i add mtg to my vits and water i get 1.5" to 2" per :eek: month so i m keeping everything specially the biotin
 
I'm doing about the same...8 full glasses of h20/day. A few saturdays ago I had 10 full glasses and nearly peed my bed that night. So, I think 8 is plenty for me. I'm still taking my multi errvery day too but the other vitamins I take 2-3x/week I don't want to overdo the vitamins. I will continue to drink lots of water esp. this winter to combat dry skin & hair.
 
Gotta work on the water. I have learned to carry the vitamins in my purse. :up: So if i see them i take them.The biotin is breaking me out again :sad: But for the most part im doing better than usual.

the biotin is breaking me out too i get sometimes pimples in my face or neck we supposed to up our water to clear it
