Vatika oil instead of coconut oil as a daily moisturizer?

I tried to use Dabur Vatika oil as a nightly sealant. I gagged every time I inhaled because of its God Awful smell. Even after I added peppermint EO it still stank. I eventually threw it out. Now Vatika frosting on the other hand, if I could bathe in it I would.
EVCO is the ultimate solution for my sealing, hot oil treating, over night prepooing, and even skin care needs.

:spank::catfight:Lol, next time visit the "hated it, dump it on me" thread.

I love Dabur Vatika Oil way better then regular EVCO. For me it's lighter on my hair then evco. I like the smell also better then evco. Vatika smells like coconut & lemons and the evco smells like roasted nuts or something. I can use vatika lightly throughout the week and my hair doesn't feel weighed down as it does w/ evco. Sometimes instead of using a water moisturizer I'll use some vatika and it works great for me...so what works for 1 may not work 4 all.

Maybe I need to sniff my VO again because I never get that lemony coconut smell. Lol!!

i didnt realy see the big deal about vatika oil. however i love EVCO and will alway have a back up. i dont use it as a daily moisturizer though. i use it as a sealant, pre poo, scalp treatment(which reminds me i need to do this tonight) and whatever else but coconut oil is not a moisturizer IMO.
