Everything is Energy
Hey ladies..
I took an update pic and its in my siggy..
I will upload some new pics to the fotki over the next couple of days..

:)

Regimen...

MSM coated tablets-1500 mg
Women's One a Day Multi
Folic Acid 800 mcg
Super Biotin 5000 mcg-1 a day (sometimes 2)
Vitamin B6
Vitamin b50
--------------------------------------

This is the regimen I have been using for the last few months.
I got a trim since the last update and only got about 1-2 inches trimmed.
You can't really tell..lol

Anyhow..I was my hair about 1-2x a week sometimes more if its really hot.
With Sauve...
I buy the Sauve Naturals shampoo and conditioner.
I also use a leave in conditioner by Ellin Lavar. (DetangleMist)
It works pretty good.
If I am just twisting..I use some coconut oil (from the health food store)
you can get also at nowfoods.com.
When I blow it dry and maxiglide it I use...the coconut oil on each section...and alot on the ends.
After this I press it out I part it in the middle and put it is a bun..
This is how I got the curls in the signature pic.

For the twists..it basically dries on its own..and i put on my satan bonnet.
very low maintenance. I use to do twist out but for the most part I keep it in a bun or just wear the twists out...
I only straighten like 1 time a month at the most.

;)

OMG! did you do that to your own hair?! like style it and everything?!

i need a step by step by MINISCULE LITTLE step asappppp!!! my solia is getting kicked to the curb, i gotta get a maxiglide while this 20% off coupon is still good. first Nice & Wavy, and now you. OHHHHH

I posted my regimen in this thread..

But to straighten.
I blow out section by section with my blow dryer..kinda looks like a brush..
with a comn attachment on in..(startin at the back.)

I put coconut oil on each section..paying close attention to the ends.

Then I go back and take smaller sections and maxiglide it.
if my ends are a little dry..I go over them with the steam in the maxiglide.

I also use the plate with the teeth.

To achieve the look in the siggy..
I maxglide it out..part in the middle and put in a bun..
it curls itself.

for the most part I do twists and twist-outs or hair buns.
The maxglide is great and worth the money.
;)
