Here's my mix (copied off my HT blog)

About 1oz of MTG
( I added this only because I bought a huge bottle and I have to use it. I hated the smell and I added the following to drown that bacon smell- A few drops of Peppermint,Tea Tree oil, and Lavender essential oils. Some doo gro hair revitaliser to thicken it. I hate runny oils and I had an allergic reaction to the sulphur in mtg because it kept dripping down my neck! I also added the rest of my claudie's hair revitaliser. there was hardly anything left anyway.)

Since I already have sulphur from my added MTG I didnt buy Sulphur 8 for my mn mix. I take MSM as well and I didnt want sulphur overkill so instead of Sulhur 8 I used Organics Herbal thick Maximum Strenght Hair Vitaliser. It has no petrolatum or mineral oils and it contains SAA, coconut oil, and LOADS of other good stuff

and I added half a tube of the 30g mn

thats it

Wild Growth Hair Oilerplexed

Even though most do not think of this product as a growth aid, it keeps my NG soooo soft and that is a blessing in and of itself.

I have been using it consistently since January 08 at least 3 times a week.

This pic is from Jan to march, it's a BAD comparison bcause my hair in march is curled...but its the only one I got. I also received a slight trim in march (maybe a 1/2 inch).

I'm with you on the WGHO! My hair was doing good with it alone so I added the MN to it and some Surge in between. When I take my braids out this week I'm taking and posting pics. I can't wait!
