Cary, I was thinking that too, that I really still like my dew.

But like you I had a ton of stuff on my hair so i do get the whole picture. I'll know tonight though.

I MAY BLOW DRY TONIGHT !!!, I HAVE'NT DONE THAT IN AGES.....

Oh heck; I'm almost out of Dew, and I was hoping that the Oil Moisturizer might eliminate the need for the Dew... I guess not, huh? Why does that stuff have to be so darn expensive?? I think I'm going to experiment and make my own version...

Lindy, it might elimate the need for the dew. I just happen to love the dew, and don't want to turn it loose...LOL

Good luck on your speriment...

Thanks MindyMouse,
I love the Dew, too, but it really is too expensive, especially with the shipping charges. My teenaged daughter douses her hair with it every day, too, which isn't helping matters much!!!

I have been using my Creme Moisturizer everyday since I received it and my hair feels better and better. I just had to email Cathy and tell her how much I love this product. She appreciated the love and was happy that I liked it. I call my Dew and Creme the dynamic Dewo!

I think.. I had mousse on my hair and some other stuff, so I can't really tell. But it seems to feel "just washed" moisturized.

I TOLD YOU!! I TOLD YOU!! I'm so happy you liked it.

Mindymouse . . . let us all know how it all turns out. I'm tempted to wash my own hair tonight just to see how it turns out on freshly-washed hair, but I usually go to the salon on a weekly basis and would be a little lost doing the whole wash/set thing on my own

however . . . those on this board who do it all themselves are quite inspiring such that I may have to break out one of these days and take control of my own hair.

I put it on wet hair this past Saturday. I washed my hair, did a protein treatment with Aubrey GPB, put the Creme in (not too much) and sat under the dryer on cool setting. After it was about 97% dry, I blow dryed briefly, and flat ironed on medium. I added a little hair polish to finish the look. And how did my hair come out? I got two words for yah . . . LUSCIOUS and BOUNCY, which I have not experienced in about 3 months.

If anybody is still on the fence about this stuff, and is not satisfied with your current creme leave-in, I'm telling you, I doubt if you'll regret the purchase.

perfect peace

This sounds like something I want to try. I haven't read all of the posts yet but I think I will. Maybe Cathy needs some assistance in marketing and we on this board are experts, right?! We can test her products (for free) and give her testamonials for her next book or commercial!
clap.gif

Just a thought.

Heyyyyy, what happened, it worked last night. AND WHERE'S MY LIL MINNIE MOUSE THINGY !!!1
cry3.gif

Wow.

.................

Does anybody believe this stuff is too good to be true? I mean I keep thinking It's gonna stop working working tomorrow. My hair has never felt like this. I used no other leave in or product, just air dryed with it on for like an hour then blew dry (lightly) .

This what I never understood about black merchandisers; they rarely want to let black people try stuff for free. Word of mouth is the cheapest marketing there is out there.

I got my creme moisturizer yesterday and I am so satisified with the results. It made my hair soft and softened my new growth.

It actually reminds me of a light, odorless version of carrot oil, which I liked but couldn't deal with the smell.

Thank you guys for the recommendation!!! I just love this board.

It reminded you of Carrot Oil? Wow, which brand? I've used ORS and Proclaim, but they felt greesier. This is thicker to me without the greesy feel.

Nothing compares in my opinion. I think I'm even done with Profective.

I got mine yesterday and yes, it's nice. My hair isn't freshly washed though, so I can't REALLY tell just how good it is yet!! I will definitely try it on Saturday when I air dry.

The only teeny weeny complaint I have about it is that it doesn't seem to give much shine. That's okay though; I guess I can always use a little oil along with it.

The good thing is that I can tell it will be a good substitute for the Mango Butter. Just without the yummy smell...

It reminded me of the ORS brand that made my hair really soft. I stopped using it b/c it was greasy and it didn't have a pleasant smell to me.

Anyway, I really like this hair cream. It's definietly a keeper. It softened my hair and new growth. I was using the ORS Nature's Shine, I liked the smell but it builds up too quickly (I would spay a small amount in my hand and rub it in, I don't think I was going overboard).

It doesn't add any shine to my hair but I use a spray for that.

I wouldn't put Profectiv in the same class, but I hated Profectiv and broke out from it so I guess I'm the wrong person to speak on the comparison.

I broke my neck getting home after picking up the kids from school (two different schools!) and came home to find the dreaded UPS" missed you-will try tomm." sticker on the door. I nearly cried!! I want my creme!!

I was missing so many packages that I just have them deliver to the apartment manager's office automatically.

That's EXACTLY why I had mine shipped USPS...I live in a secure apartment building, and they'll leave it right at my door. I don't work far from the UPS where they drop packages off for people to pick it up, but I didn't want to take any chances.
