I did not get that side effect with MSM. Just vivid dreams a messed up cycle.

But I have noticed that flaxseed oil keeps them firm/full. I make sure to take my 2000mg daily.

I stopped taking MSM because of the dream side effect. My dreams were so vivid I started to almost dread going to sleep! I don't remember my bust size increasing, but now I'm tempted to give MSM another chance. Lol!
