I am going to say it: this story is a hoax.

I knew this once I read the police description of the hair.

Not to say that this does not happen, or this hasn't happened though.

Hi. I'm brazilian and I guess I should say this doesn't happen often at all. I'm definally "stunned" as you are.

In our law there's the crime of theft and the crime of robbery (theft + threat). If she wasn't bruised or threatned all that could be charged is theft. Our law is very specific about injury (I'm a law student).
