Some of you read my thread from earlier today about getting a sew in. I had allowed myself to get scared/nervous after reading a thread about how another member's weave had damaged her fine/thin hair. After some more thought and consideration I kept my appointment and I'm glad I did. Amandita did a wonderful job, but I had to rush out of there to make sure I was home in time when my youngest son got of the bus. I love the hair that I used Outre Velvet Remin #2 in 12in. I really could have gotten the 10in since after getting home and looking in the mirror I realized that the 12in just to much hair and too long for me. Amandita is so kind and she said that I can come back in the morning and she'll cut a little more and add more layers to it. This woman is so very talented. She's also very nice and very professional. She calmed my fears about the weave causing damage to my hair. She instructed me on how to take care of my hair with the net and how to flat iron the weave. So, I think I'm good. I'm going to leave the weave in 4-5 weeks.

I can't wait to see how the final style looks after she cuts it more. Please give us an update and review of how you took care of it, the results, etc. Thanks
