The Results are In...Sew In Pics

Divine, if you don't mind disclosing, how did she close the top? thanks :)

It was hard for me to figure out how she closed the top. She pretty much sewed the weave in a circular motion to follow the beehive braid pattern. So, I'm thinking maybe once she go to the top using the last track left some of the hair sticking out, sewed another around it making a hole and pulled it through. I know I'm probably not making sense I wish I can describe what I see in my head. That's jus tmy guess. I'm sure it's a technique that she would probably never disclose.

you go mama! how are you going to take care of your hair under it? (excuses my ignorance, I have never had one before.)

This is my first time having one.

The stylist told me to get some applicator bottles and shampoo and condition that way. But rinse normally. I haven't figured out what to do to keep it moisturzed. I may have to conditioner wash using the applicator bottle a couple nights a week.

So pretty! I wanna know how much it costs. I would totally consider getting that done!

She charged me $140 for the full sew in. If you're leaving hair out it's $130. I think her prices are wonderful, especialy since she styles the weave so well!

Oh the total cost that I paid for the hair was $137 (including taxes). It just came to me that (hair plus the cost to get it done) is my Pibbs Dryer money that I was going to purchase this month.:lachen: I'm still going to buy it though.:yep:

Thank you all so much for the compliments!

This morning Amandita took some of the length off and cut a few more soft layers. I still have sort of straight look. I'm going to have my boys take a couple of pictures. Then once I style for the wedding that I'm in this evening I'll see if I can someone to take some pics for me.

She did an awesome job. If you didn't tell me, i would have sworn it was your real. You look gorgeous gurl!!!

Thanks so much ladies!

Alexstin - since this is my first time wearing one...I will probably only leave in for about 4-5 weeks. I'll assess my hair then to see if there is any damage or breakage. The next go around I will probably leave it in for about 6-7 weeks.
