I don't know if this has been done before, but I thought it would be interesting to get a summary of the main hair practices on the forum.

I don't know if I "grease" my scalp b/c I don't use grease but I do apply shealoe butter w/castor oil to it so I said I grease it.

Well, I add oil to my scalp with a nozzel tip bottle and sometimes I was 2 times a week and other times I was 1 time a week it just depends on the events of the week.
