I have noticed that in my area quite a few people seem to be doing the "Cassie' look, Yeas apparently my neck of the woods is about 2 years too late on this thing .

Maybe LHCF has spoiled me but none of these "Cassie cuts" as I like to call them dont look good...at all. Most I have seen have shaved off all of the sides and the back and are left with a rectangle of relaxed hair at the top with tracks added to it. Some have even gotten really creative and added colorful tracks. I have seen this on young women, I would say under 30.

While I would love for some of these women to embrace natural hair...I'm not sure if that is going to be the case. I know of someone personally that is contemplating the cut and I am trying to talk her out of it becuase I know that she wouldnt take care of it.
How does one grow out such a hairstyle and not look a hot mess.? Is there some sort of protective styling one can do with a haircut like this? Especially when 75% of the hair on your head is gone, Wigs are the only thing i can think of but even then....

)). I stayed that way for years and just last January I started growing my hair. I don't like wigs, although I got two when I couldn't control the curls as my hair grew (pre LHCF lol). As for others, ehhh...going bald isn't for everyone
