Taking Vitamins

I only take 1 kind of vit 1x each day. Supplements on the other hand I spread out to keep the amounts consistent in the blood stream:spinning:.

I take them twice a day. Once in the morning and again in the evening. I feel like I get the most benefit that way as the body can only taken in some much nutrients at one time.
 
Twice a day; morning and evening. I take one of each in the morning and take the remaining doses in the evening for those that require more than one pill per day. My AM/PM pill box is a lifesaver.
 
I take my iron, msm, biotin, garlic, and vit c together. Then my vit d and calcium pill, d3, multi and fish oil throughout the day. I split them up because the first group absorbs better with the c and it's not good to take my iron and d pills together. I usually take my multi right before bed because it makes me feel gross sometimes.

I take quite a few supplements throughout the day (3 times a day)

I keep a second supply of my vitamins, that I take mid-day, at the office - so I don't have to worry about re-filling a pilbox. This allows me to take my vitamins with lunch (if I'm in the office during that time) or soon thereafter. It also serves as a good back-up when I run late in the morning and don't take my morning dose at home.

I keep my vitamins on my nightstand so that I see them first thing in the morning and before I go to bed at night (the other two times I take my supplements.)

How are you able to take your vitamins at lunch? Do you carry a bottle of vitamins to work/school?

vtoodler, yes I have my vitamins at work as well as home. If I run out of them at work I just put my daily vitamins in a ziploc bag for me to take at lunch for the day until I'm able to replenish my stock at work.
