B Vitamins

What brand of b vitamins do you take and how many do you need to take a day if I'm using puritan's pride? (I'm taking the pp biotin, are b vitamins essential for biotin to work?)

If you have the B-50, take two of those a day. I take one B-50 with 3 Biotin pills in the morning and one B-50 with 2 Biotin pills in the evening.

Yes, B vitamins are needed w/Biotin for best results.

I take PP biotin along with Twinlab's b5 (500). I also take a liquid b complex, I can't remember the name of the brand, but I think it has greatly improved the results I get from taking the PP biotin.
