I am enjoying my hair very much this summer, even though I don't wear it down. In general, the summer is the best time for my hair. I don't know why. Maybe it's because I actually love the summer more than the winter, so I'm in a better mood. Maybe it's just an illusion, but I feel like my hair grows faster in the summer.

I'm enjoyn mine. I have noticed that I sweat alot on my scalp during the summer so I am not having to worry about moisturizing my new growth that much. Its interesting right now! This is the 1st summer I've paid attention to my hair actually....lol Wearing it in Buns Buns Buns!

I've decided to wear cornrows for the next two to three months...on a personal challenge to reach MBL. Hopefully this will help speed up the process, plus I don't think I'll have lot's of time initially to do my hair once my baby comes.

I've finally perfected frizz free twist outs that are shiny and bouncy.
I'm wearing it down and straight which is my usual style.
I do wish I were more creative in my straight styles. I'd love to wear it wavy kinda like Farrah Fawcett type or swoop bangs with nice curls. The only time I have that is the day following my wash n set.

Summer is killing my hair. The heat is drying it out something fierce. I've tried co washing and all that, but nothing seems to be working. The only time my hair is nice is at night, whenI'm sleeping.

I am. I've been corinsing or cowashing everyday since the weather is really warm, it feels good to have a cooled down scalp. Plus I can stay away from the heat of the pressing comb and flat iron and use up some of the conditioners I have laying around.

Yeah I'm doing that this summer too. I have been washing my hair twice weekly instead of once. Overall I don't have any major problems this summer.
