What she said!! This thread is doing exactly what it was intended to do. It has given me a ton of inspiration and hope and shows that not only can it be done, but it doesn't have to take a decade either.

Thanks! I think I did a lot of experimenting during this time...carusos, twistouts, airdrying, flexirods, protective styling, HYH challenge...but I think the best thing I ever did for my hair was becoming a DIY'er.

From October 2005 to June 2007 my stylist kept it a shoulder length (that *****). A couple month after finding LHCF I decided to go natural.

Wow you hair is just super gorgeous. What in the world did you do to get it to thicken up so much and retain soooo much length in such a short amount of time?

Lol i'm pretty busy right now and my hair is still flatironed so i'll try and keep it straight for now but I might do it before the weekend(note how I said might!!lol)

2. October 06 (natural days)

3. Feburary 07 (natural with a press)

4. August 07( first relaxer after 2 yrs of being natural)
