This is a link to a post from 2006. its a formula that is suppose to determine if how long your hair will grow.based upon my information my hair max was 370.00 inches lol ...yeah i know:blush: anyway , there is some negative and postive feedback on this formula...check it out.....:drunk:http://www.longhaircareforum.com/showthread.php?t=109536

[yes imagine if that was true.....(dreaming..... of long hair

mine said 19.5 whatever that means.

I got 22 inches...:look:

ok...who's the genius behind this "formula"? :lachen:

5.05 inches here. It's terribly wrong, but I know why:
I know that I don't know how many hairs I lose each day, so I was just using the avg. 100 hairs a day.
I also don't know how long it grows in a month....hard to tell when you don't color, measure or have relaxed hair. :ohwell:

Uh, craziness or either I did it wrong. I forgot decinal form on one and it told me my potential is 0.81 ahahaha.. I'm bsl. I re-submitted the correct form and now it says 810.00 inches...oh, okay.

lol yeah i think that formula is out of whack.....i did it three times at got three different estimates...lol

Yeah, plus the amount you shed is going to change drastically from day to day. It also didn't take into account how long your hair is growing the growing stage, something no one could possibly know. That's why I think it may be rare to actually get 100 hair EVERY day. At least, I think it's rare. It might be common.

But in short, I think that how long your hair is in the growth stage says more than how many shed hairs you have. And from what I know, the amount of shedding you have can't help you figure that out.

Mine said 6.75. Soooooo wrong. My hair is 7.75-8.25 inches long now.

Your growth potential is 22.16 inches.

I hope not! I put in .41 inches a month, losing 50 hairs a day.

it told me 0.00!

my numbers were 100 hairs a day (avg)
.5 a month
and i'm a brunette
