This is a spinoff of this post about helping your man when he is unemployed.
In general, how do you best support and encourage your man when he is going through a tough time - particularly when it comes to employment? Whether he is looking for a new job, trying to start a business, or hustling to make it to the next level at his current gig, things can get frustrating and that can really wear on a person's confidence - regardless of gender. I think for men it can get particularly troublesome because so much of their identity is tied up in their work and their income. So, I'm wondering...how do you encourage your man and help keep him motivated?
