I heard that putting chapstick/lipgloss on after you smoke would prevent them from getting dark...didnt understand that, someone told me wrong.
But anway, my aunts been smoking cigs everyday for 30 years, on the 10th she will have been smoke free for six weeks...she used the patches.
Her hair has always been pretty, its natural and she keeps it cut like cheek length....but her skin is looking much brighter/non dull already.

(I always wondered about the brownies, something where you didnt have to inhale smoke)
