I heard that putting chapstick/lipgloss on after you smoke would prevent them from getting dark...didnt understand that, someone told me wrong.

But anway, my aunts been smoking cigs everyday for 30 years, on the 10th she will have been smoke free for six weeks...she used the patches.
Her hair has always been pretty, its natural and she keeps it cut like cheek length....but her skin is looking much brighter/non dull already.

So good luck

(I always wondered about the brownies, something where you didnt have to inhale smoke)

:lachen::lachen: Too funny! How smokin' grass affects the health of your "grass"! I'm glad you noticed improvements and congratulations on kicking the smoking habit :yep:.

:lachen::lachen:I was a bong-user, lol, so I never had that issue. I'd be blazin' today were it not for the fact that I'm a medical assistant, and need to be on my A-game.

I've never smoked weed but I've smoked cigs since I was 8 so I guess I have no idea what my hair should look/feel like without nicotine in the system. I will pay more attention now since I've had to stop abruptly. You know when they say women on birth control, esp. those over 35 shouldn't smoke? I guess they mean it. I've been having pains in my legs with every drag. At first, I thought it was all in my head so I tried to smoke again after the pains were gone but they woke right up when I inhaled. I said I guess that's it. I'm not 35 but close enough.

So now that I'll be nicotine free I guess I'll pay more attention to my hair and see if I see any difference.

Smoking is not only unhealthy but it's Not Sexy.

I have seen plenty of pretty women and I'm like "oh she's cute",then I see the cigarette and her cuteness level kinda goes away.

Well I smoked weed from high school until about 5 years ago. Thank God 4 deliverance! My hair was the longest it's ever been during the time that I was smoking. For me the decision 2 quit didn't do much 4 my hair. :ohwell:

um.....me:look:

once i stopped, my new growth didn't feel as rough anymore

eta: to keep my lips pink i just didn't smoke all the way to the end.......
