again, not a big pic taker...but I am trying to monitor my progress for the super grow out and shoulder/ampit challenge.

YOu are alost there (armpit that is)!!!!!! COngrats! YOu looking good for your birthday!!!!!! I took a comparison shot in my fotki! I will be taking another real soon when I get my relaxer either tomorrow or THusrday!
 
First, I want to say how happy I am that you updated your album. :wave: Secondly, I want to say that Phyto is the ish! Your hair is amazing. It looks incredibly healthy, ends and all. That is my biggest challenge. I may have to investigate this Phyto. :scratchch In the meantime, keep up the good work. I love your hair and I am lovin' the birthday pose, girl! :yep:

Girl, ain't no regimen secret with my slow growing behind hair!!!

Wash 1x a week...make sure I deep condition each week. Now that it's getting warmer, I may start doing CW's once a week.

You know I'm a NTM fiend! (Sylver 2 throws up a gang sign) And I use Keracare Humecto and MNT conditioner.

And trying to leave the hair alone as much as possible (the words of Adrienne ring in my head)...stay consistent with your products....be real easy with the heat...watch the ends.

You think my ends are thick? I'll be glad when I get to that day when I see what other folks see with my hair. I looked at the pic again...and was like...that's my hair? I definitely am one of those folks that has to take pics...or I'll think it's not doing anything.

LOL...why are folks KILLING me about the shirt!!!:lol:

What Adrienne and Diva said is true...

Find the products that work for you...and stick with them. Don't go jumping around to everything everyone talks about. Having patience...it takes patience and time. I don't have the fastest growing hair...so, I try to keep that in mind...even when I was feeling a lil down the other day.

You see some of these heads of hair and you want yours there, quick and in a hurry, but it doesn't work that way. So, I will baby it and push on a half-inch or so at a time.:)

I need to take Adrienne and Diva's advise because I'm such a PJ!! But honestly you have nothing to feel down about girl, your hair has grown and due to you babying and taking such good care of your hair you have reaped the benefits! I'm truly impressed girl, armpit is right around the corner!!!!
