Should you keep your ring on while sleeping at night????

DH nor I sleep with our rings on.. When we come in the house we take them off, we put them in the same place everyday so we know where to find them.. The only time I sleep with my rings on is while on vacation.

SAME here. WE have a jewelry box we keep it in. After scratching poor DH with that thing we realized bed was not the place for it. I have fallen asleep with it but usually, it comes off when we get home every day. Its a habit.

I only take my ring off to do my hair, and I always, ALWAYS put it in the same spot. I once lost it, so I'm terrified of that happening again.

I had to get use to sleeping with my ring on. I also like putting it in my jewelry box at night too.
