Is not that terrible. Someone on here was "overcharged" $3000.00. I sure hope she got that straightened out.

Yeah girl 3k!!!. I think her order was only $29.00 and then she said her accountant was reviewing the books and noticed a charge of $3029.00 a few months later , I forget were the thread is.
 
I remember that post. I had 1 bad experience with them. I am not using there services again! They did reimburse me quite fast though! (2 days)
 
They have a product that I want desperately to use but because of their REPEATED bad reviews, I REFUSE to order. :naughty:

They will probably ask you if you want to speak to Art Sr or Jr. Senior is who you want. He is nice and he will help things get settled.
 
Thanks for posting this, i've never ordered from them and never will. They have a bad reputation and I can't take alost of no kind with our hard earned money.

3k is alot to loose on a supposed to be $29 order, that's crazy. Either their running a scam, or someone working there is. How do you accidentally type in an extra 3 and 0 before the original amount.

I don't like that lil ***** either. I placed an order with them last year and got the run around for 2 months, the product was not in stock but their sure did charge my account!!
 
I do not deal with them anymore. I had them to cancel my order, and then I had my bank send me a new debit card, because I had heard about this on the board before.
 
Hi ladies, Sheldeez still have my 3k. I placed numerous phone calls and emails to them as of today no one returned my calls. Every time I call I was told that the manager's father is sick and currently not in the office but would call me back every time I called still. This is extremely bad business. My goal is to always support my people's business but how can I keep on supporting them when they can't deliver & keeping my hard working money.

That's very unfortunate. Did your bank have anything to say about this? Did that transaction cause any problems with your bank? That's a lot of money to be taken out of your account. It seems like Sheldeez is just trying to get over on people. You would think that they know darn well that they didn't have a surplus of $3,000 in one day when matched up with the items sold....I don't like them anymore.

ETA: It took them forever to send my order also, but when they finally did, they sent me TWO shipments of the same order...so I had double the products for the price of one order. Ha ha, their loss.

TSU is right. I would straight contact my bank and file charges or something. This is NOT right.:mad:

Maybe you can call your CC company and ask if they can block specific merchants. This way, you can keep your card # w/o worrying about them trying to use it.

Call 'em and see if this can be done. Judging by this and the other thread, I'm glad I never ordered from these shysters.

I hate, hate them. They are the worst and no matter what I can't get off of their stupid mailing list.
 
I haven't read this entire thread yet but Chouchou - call your CC company, tell them there is an unauthorized charge on your card dated back to August (always review your statements monthly for erroneous charges) and ask them to follow up with the vendor.

Typically they set the charge to a pending state, send you a notice stating they are investigating and typically reverse in about 1 week. I have had to do this and I say always review your statement monthly b/c I have had strange unauthorized charges hit my CC and my CC company reversed the disputed charges with no problem.

Also continue to hit up the vendor but make sure you hit up the CC company b/c whether the vendor ever responds or not, you will not continue to be charged and pay interest on an unauthorized charge.

Girl you sound a whole lot calmer about it then I would be. I would have made a trip out there for that amount of money
 
I made the purchase using my debit card not a cc. I give them until the end of next week by then my business lawyer will deal with them. Thank God I used my business debit card and that's how my accounting found the overcharge. Any advice please send them my way. I am soooo sick of them because my goal is to always support my people's business to grow unfortunately some of us can't be trusted when it comes to money. As a small business owner myself I have returned money to my clients that was either overcharged or they overpaid us by mistake and I still returned them. My advice is to be true to yourself and God will be true to you otherwise there's no way I would have known about this overcharge.
