Here I grow again!
And what have you done with the semi-sane woman that used to reside in my skin? I've been working from home lately so that I can give myself various treatments, stink from mtg and not have to flat iron my hair. And now... Now...NOW...I've put MN on my scalp. :perplexed Freakin M--N!!! :spinning: What in the world is going on?

I had no idea I wanted to grow my hair this badly. Heck, I didn't even know that I wanted to grow my hair until I got here. But, even with that, my hair grows fine but the mass hypnosis or hysteria or whatever! :wallbash:

Uh oh! It's time to take my supplements. Gotta run! :woohoo2:
 
Exactly!! DH and I used to go out on Friday night, now I've moved date night to Saturday so I can pre poo, shampoo, restructure, DC (now w/steam) roller set and sit under the dryer..this takes about 4 hours so no way could I do anything else on Friday nights.

...aaaaand sometimes I go to the grocery store at 6am on Sat mornings with a scarf because I don't want to untwist my flexirod set so it can be fresh for church Sunday morning.

I used to talk about women in the grocery store with scarfs on their head...now...I'm one of um (but whit good reason :yep:)

My oh my has my life changed since LHCF came into my life :blush:
 
I love that LHCF changed me. It has taught me so much about beauty AND health. The price of $6.50/year cant be beaten.

& with that I want to say...thanks YOU people.

I know!! Girl, not only am I out at the store with a scarf on my head (and I used to smh @ those women too. still do when I'm not one of 'em. shhhh.) but, I have a baggie on under my scarf and I'm wearing dark shades. :lachen::lachen:

My hubby likes for me to wear my hair out on date night. :nono: Gotta settle for a bun, baby. :rolleyes:

Aha!!! The master plan! So THAT's why my friend dragged my thinking-I-had-it-going-on-but-really-I didn't tail to this board, eh? Mmmhmmm. I see.

BTW, that harmless six fiddy turned into a ton of supplements, products and accessories at a not so tiny price. Luckily, I have credit! :grin: Uh, but that's another thread. :rolleyes:
 
Yup tell me about it, I have a conference tomorrow and I am seriously thinking about wearing a hat all day so that I can deep condition my hair underneath. If anyone ever found out though, the embarassment would kill me.

i just can't be without it anymore....lol!

well, the good side is that this forum is helping me to finally love and appreciate my hair and thus, myself alot more!

Because of sites like this one and others, I truly enjoy doing my hair.

I go to the stores and look at all the new products and wonder, "What does my hair feel like having tonight?"

I used to feel that my hair would never be good enough for me and as long as there's weave, I didn't care.

Before this site, I was one of those women that you would NEVER see what my REAL hair looked like underneath.

I'm proudly rocking a banana clip with my texlaxed hair in a beautiful thick puff.
