Happy Thursday LHCF,

This week I am stuck not doing much to my hair due to meetings so I won't get to my hair until next week about Thursday. I will report then.

I will be wearing Vanessa still, she will be washed next week. :)

cute pic!!! I been taking care of my hair under this wig.... i will prolly do a deep condition with EVOO and LE kair CHolesterol, my hair love this stuff. . do a light blow dry with Aphogee Keratin and green tea Reconstructor... moisturize with my mix of glycerin, water and sauve coconut conditioner, then braid it back up.... im planning a sew in after i do a lil more research

Wow I havent answered these in forever! Wow, I dont know! I think that I will put my hair in a pretty protective twist out banana clip ponytail

I will wash, condition, steam my hair and then do a two strand twist out. I may henna my hair if I am not too lazy!

Pre-poo with rice bran oil
Shampoo with ORS creamy aloe
light protein tx - not sure what product yet...
DC with Suave Color care
airdry

Wash with Loreal SLS free Shampoo for the first time...it's all I have!

I'm trying out a new light protein treatment that I bought by Giovanni.

DC with my favorite mix: Aussie Moist, EVOO, WGO, and jojoba oil

Air dry 80% and braid out using Keracare Natural Textures hair milk and a little Lotta Body. I'm getting REALLY good at braiding! I've been doing six braids, but I think I'll try for eight this time. I prefer subtle waves more than REALLY wavy. If their neat enough, I may just leave them in!

I was going to wait until the 18th to remove my braids but I can't take them anymore, so my plan is to remove them, wash, and steam DC my hair starting tomorrow. I need a henna treatment with indigo as well, so that I will do on Saturday I believe.

My hair is in small two strand twists this week. Saturday I will wear a twist out. Sunday I am going to try converting it to single strand twists?/finger coil and wear through next week. I want to try to wash/cond/steam every two weeks to cut down on manipulation until I get my moisture retention under control.

I'm 7 weeks post, and this weekend, I will:
1. Separate my hair into four sections, detangle it, and braid.
2. Clarify with ORS Creamy Aloe Shampoo. I was supposed to do this last week, but I forgot and used my regular shampoo.
3. DC with Nexxus Humectress, Aloe Vera Juice, and Wheat Germ Oil, for at least one hour. If maintenance brings me my desk chair, then I'll steam it in. If not, then I'll just use my hooded dryer.
4. Use Porosity Control for one minute.
5. Apply Lacio Lacio Leave-In, Chi Silk Infusion, and a bit of Castor Oil.
6. Rollerset.

7Wks Post Tomorrow,

Saturday I will condition wash/Deep conditioning With Giovanni Deep Conditioner & Joico Kpak Hydration Conditioner under a heat cap for about an 1hr.

I think Sunday:yep::

1) Co-Wash with HV Acai Berry Phyto & Moist 24/7
2) Apply Henna -- Wrap w/Saran Wrap for about 2 Hours
3) Apply Tigi Dumb Blonde Reconstructor
4) Rinse Out with Suave Tropical Coconut
5) Apply Indigo wrap in Saran Wrap for 2 hours
6) Rinse Out with Suave Tropical Coconut
7) DC w/My Honey Child or Jasmines
8) Dry with Christine Gant Detangling Hair Milk & Hennasooq Argan Oil

That's About It!

Revisiting Aphogee 2 minute reconstructor tonight ...also will probably revisit queen helene cholesterol and SE cholesterol....rollersetting for the first time with satin rollers

ETA: clarifying with redken cleansing cream as well

I plan to roller set this weekend, because I'm sick of wet-bunning and I don't want to use the blow dryer anymore. I plan to wash with HE, condition with Aussie Moist and maybe finish up w/ Aphogee 2 Minute Reconstructor. As I roller set, usually I add a drop of Lottabody foam wrap lotion (and Aphogee Keratin and Green Tea Reconstructor - if I don't use the 2 Minute) and sit under the hooded dryer for an hour or so. I'll probably flat iron my roots and add some Cantu Silk Serum for shine.... That's it! :)

I'm buying a new cowash conditioner woo hoo!

IDK what style to wear though... I'm already bored of braid/twistouts, so I want to do a roller set. We'll see.

isn't too much to stay under an heat cap for one hour?
i used to read a lot that if using heat, 30minutes is enough.

this sunday i'm gonna wash with rhassoul clay.
deep condition with an homemade concoction
detangle my hair and flat twisting it.

Pre poo tonight with aloe vera juice in my roots, in my hair - reconstructor, SAA, WGO, EVOO Avocado oil and coconut oil. Wash tomorrow t-shirt wrap for most of the day and blow dry and flat iron.

I have not expierenced any ill effects by leaving it on an hour i just do it because im doing something else or i dont feel like washing it out.

Just the usual.

-Shampoo with chagrin valley bar.
-Scalp massage with essential oil mixture (10-15 mins).
-Maka, alma, brahmi tea rinse (leave in for 15 mins., then rinse)
-DC under steamer with Lustrasilk, honey, aloe vera gel, and EVOO (this equals SOFT, moisturized hair)
-rinse with cold water (perhaps some green/black tea)
-apply oyin honey hemp as a leave-in, afro veda hemp seed butter as a moisturizer
and sealer
-twist hair into big twists for a twistout

I wanted to henna this weekend, too, but I haven't gotten around to restocking, so I suppose that'll
have to wait until next weekend. :-)

Okay, plans changed. I just took out my braids and have my hair in some two-strand twists until tomorrow. I'll decide then what else I'll do with it over the weekend and then update again.
