Does anyone here trim their own ends, I really want to start trimming my own.

is there any special techniques or how do you make sure you're not cutting to much. I was told to just cut the area that looks thinner than the other strands

Whisper "bleep boop" to yourself when you're sad.
I use Feye's technique for the ''U'' shape and it works great!
