So has anyone with natural hair tried sabino moisture block without flat ironing? I was thinking of putting it on my hair after washing it to prevent my hair from frizzing after doing a twistout...but I wanted to see if anyone else tried this method yet. If so, what were the results, or if not, do you think its worth the try?

I tried it on a rollerset without flat-ironing once and my hair felt heavy, but was still flowy and shiny. I thought maybe it had locked in the moisture and my hair was heavier as a result, but that's as close as i have gotten to your question.

bumpin for ya...

Thanks for the reply...hmm...I know it locks in moisture, and since its a serum it would lock out moisture also. So I was trying to figure out would that be an adverse affect if I were to leave it in my hair a few days with my hair curly instead of flat ironed, flat ironed I want the moisture out so it doesn't revert. But with curly styles, I want it to have some kind of moisture...basically trying to figure out would it be drying or what not...

I wash n go or wet puff daily. I use SMB on my wngs. I do not notice a difference to be honest. It has been raining and humid all day and I got zero frizz so maybe it works . Since I'm 100% natural and I cowash and airdry daily from my experience so far I would recommend you trying it. My hair did not feel dry or get frizzy with SMB at all today even w/ the rain & himidity.

if it helps i always use a serum as a sealant (Fantasia IC Olive Oil Serum) and my hair always feels moisturized through my next wash. I even add moisturizer on my head in b/w washes and cowashes and my hair feels great.
