My hair has always grown well. Even when I was not taking the proper care of it (no moisturizing and heat) but it was always uneven (by uneven I mean the actual individual strands). I could see were some parts of the strand were thicker than others. But for 2 months I have started taking great care of my hair my using a great moisturizing conditioner and a protein one too and using to heat on my hair. Lately, I was checking out the hairs that have shed from my hair and noticed that they were even, like smooth. I thought for a while that I had combination hair or something. I had never seen my hair like this. Then I thought that may be the hair was getting thinner because perhaps hair goes through a process before it sheds to make it thin (I had always attributed the smooth texture to thin white hair although my hair was not getting thinner).

Then just now I was looking at some more of the strands that had shed. And they all looked and felt smooth. Then I looked at my whole head and all the hairs had the same smooth texture.

PRAISE THE LORD!!! I really never was sure if all this stuff was making a difference in my hair but now I can see

that it is. I get no breakage and I now have smooth hair. I guess the protein filled it in. My hair is in such better health that I could cry.

But, let me stop going on and on. Have any of you ladies seen these types of result? I just love my hair!

Awww...Brittany, congratulations. I know exactly what you mean. I've never had as much fun with my hair as I have since joining this board. It's no wonder my HIH (hand-in-hair) disease is getting worse.
